Once your request is approved, you will receive notifications of email updates with shipping guidelines.

Which items are returnable?(Eligible for return)

14 day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In unused and resalable items or defective items.
In original packaging with all tags intact.
You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Which items and exceptions are non-refundable?

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Problems of damage, loss or theft

If the product you purchased is defective, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
If the product you purchased is lost or stolen, collect evidence and contact us immediately.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, we allow the exchange of purchased items with selectable variants. Once your exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
Refund solutions

Refund to original payment method.
Refund on your Shopify store credit.

How soon will I receive the refund?

After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. Refunds on store credit are immediate.
